As one of their customers with more than one office location being serviced by the company I'm fed up with their disrespectful and incompetent staff.Their new operations manager woman has a temper issue which lacks the quality of holding such position which on a daily basis deals with people and should know what the meaning of "courtesy", "respect' and "customer service" should be.

She yells/excessively loud when talking with you as if one is deaf especially on the phone, too bad the previous operations mgr is no longer with the company because I never had any issues with him and handled all my issues with professionalism and in a timely manner. Furthermore when contacting the main office they do not answer your calls, nor have the courtesy of returning voice mails...always stating there was none left?? Meeting in person is dealing with dirty looks when requesting assistance and attitude as if it's an inconvenience when it's thanks to all their customers the office staff can afford a salary.

Definitely DO NOT PURCHASE A FRANCHISE FROM A COMPANY WITH ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, LIES WHEN IT COMES TO SERVICE AND INCOMPETENCY AT IT'S FULLEST EXTENT.I'm so glad i got out of my contract and will NEVER SEEK SERVICE from such company in the future.
